Eliminate psychosocial hazards at work

Bullying, discrimination and harassment create unsafe and unproductive workplaces. Why does it happen?

There's a lot of grey area when it comes to what's 'perceived' as these issues. In this training, I provide definitions and examples of what is, and what isn't bullying, discrimination and harassment.

I provide options and solutions - not just instructions to help workers take back their power and their voice.

What's included?

This training provides tools and strategies for:

  •  Employers to meet their obligations and manage the risks
  •  Managers to know what to do if it happens in their team
  •  Targets to know what to do and take back their right to a safe workplace
  •  Witnesses to become confident allies

I also provide a Courage Continuum© which gives a variety of things you can do or say during or after an incident of bullying, discrimination or harassment, depending on your level of confidence at the time.

From bystander to ally

It can be hard to know what to do if you witness bullying, discrimination or harassment. I share a variety of options to give you the confidence and ability to support someone targeted at work

Removing the target

Sometimes it can feel like you have a target on your back if you're the victim of bullying, discrimination or harassment. I give you the tools to take back your power, your voice and your right to a safe workplace

Leadership toolkit

I provide tools and strategies to prevent and manage incidents, better understand human behaviour and why people may respond the way they do and repair harm and relationships if an incident occurs

This is not your typical

'tick and flick' training

It's not one long training package that, let's face it, is difficult to carve out time and space for, then we end up forgetting most of it afterwards because we get straight back into the 'busyness' of work (if we ever get around to it at all...).

The course has been split into 8 bite-sized modules that will get released each week for 8 weeks. This way, you only need to set aside roughly 15-20 minutes a week to complete the training.

A staged release gives you the opportunity to practice the skills and implement the learnings from the modules as you go.
